As Managing Member of Monem Corporation, Danny Monempour has completed a
number of distinctive residential dwellings and procured numerous real
estate holdings throughout Southern California. As the principal of Monem
Corporation, Danny has established one of the most promising real estate
investment, development, and management firms in Los Angeles. Danny received
his undergraduate degree at UCLA and his Masters in Business Administration
from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont
Graduate University. His unique combination of experience, skill, and vision
has provided Danny with the ability to identify and create truly remarkable
properties.

Jimmy Ting

A graduate of UCLA holding a bachelor's degree in Economics with Specialization in Accounting, Jimmy Ting has been with Monem Co. from the start, overseeing and managing the financial books of all the real estate holdings. He is also a licensed tax preparer, real estate broker, and life insurance agent. His continuing education is a proven asset to the company.

Lesley Bain

Lesley has over 25 years experience in the management of residential income property. She supervises all aspects of the day to day operations of our property management division.
She has an extensive background dealing with public agencies, LAHD inspections, and Rent Stabilization.

Charles Chamarro
Director of Acquisitions and Leasing

Charles has over seven years of experience in the acquisitions, sales and leasing of commercial real estate property in the Los Angeles area. He is responsible for a large volume of lease, sales and acquisition closings to date and is gladly sharing this wealth of experience to our team. He has finished extension courses in Real Estate Marketing and Investments at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).

Dru Boyarsky

Dru Boyarsky holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami with a double concentration in Finance and Business Management.  He is currently completing his MBA at Loyola Marymount University and continues his concentration in Finance with specialized classes in areas such as “Real Estate Finance and Investments.”

Dru comes to Monem with backgrounds in licensing, benefits consulting, and entertainment marketing.   In addition, Dru brings with him knowledge of the insurance industry, contract administration and financial planning.

Dru assists Monemco with the planning, organizing, and managing of Monemco’s resources to successfully meet the company’s specific goals and objectives.  He continues to help Monemco by supervising new projects and growing ancillary revenue streams.
