We are a group of experienced property management specialists who continuously add value to our client’s investment properties. Monem Corporation was founded in 2002 by President and Principal, Danny Monempour. Since inception, Monem Corporation has successfully onboarded 120+ acquisitions throughout the greater Los Angeles area from diverse client backgrounds. From Venice Beach to Downtown, and with a core focus on Multi-Family projects, Monem Corporation specializes in repositioning undervalued assets and applying its expertise through renovations, expert property management, cost control, and excellent financing through their trusted network. Monem Corporation currently operates a portfolio of more than 80 income properties and recently expanded into new areas including recording studios, restaurants, single family homes and private money lending.

Danny Monempour

President

As President of Monem Corporation, Danny Monempour has acquired over 100 income property holdings throughout Southern California. As a Principal, Danny has established one of the most promising real estate investment, development and management firms in Los Angeles. Danny received his undergraduate degree from UCLA and his Masters in Business Administration from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management at Claremont University. His unique combination of experience, skill and vision has provided Danny with the ability to identify lucrative income properties. Danny lives in Beverly Hills, California and is a board member of FIRST STAR, a charity focusing on advancing the plight of Foster children and is active with the Jewish Federation and many of its counterparts.

Daniel Holmes

Daniel Holmes, Vice President, joined Monem Corporation in 2015 and is responsible for overseeing the acquisitions and day to day operations of Monem’s multifamily portfolio. He is involved in all aspects of the business including asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, renovations, legal matters, finance and accounting. Prior to joining Monem Corp, Mr. Holmes spent several years focusing primarily on Asset Management and Finance while working with two of the largest and most well respected multifamily investment firms in Los Angeles. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a dual major in Global Economics and Latin American Studies.

Michael Pollack

Expert & Certified Apartment Manager, Real Estate Broker, & Contractor, Michael Pollack is a vision-driven, goal-focused executive with a proven history of innovation & achievement. Mr. Pollack is a Quilly Award recipient for becoming a bestselling author of “Success Manifesto” co-authored with personal development guru, Brian Tracy, and he has led the prestigious Apartment Association, California Southern Cities (AACSC) as its 2018 President of the Board of Directors. Michael is regularly invited to train and speak for the "High-Performance Elite" group led by productivity expert, Darren Hardy, and he often teaches courses and leads panels at the AACSC, South Bay Association of Realtors, and the UCLA Extension Gayley Center, among others. Michael has built and sold his own top-tier operational management company and is now bringing this same vibrance, ability, and service attitude to the budding and sought after likes of Monem Corporation.

Desiree Pollack

Mrs. Pollack, licensed Real Estate Agent, and Certified Apartment & Project Manager, is one of the most diversely experienced individuals on the Team, and Monem is far more valuable having this wonderful and talented force heading up one of the most important and difficult departments in any property management company. Her many years of experience have developed dexterity, knowledge, and a tenacity that has given Monem qualities, abilities, and a leg up in the business that most management companies never find. Desiree teaches classes at the Apartment Association, California Southern Cities, is a corporate trainer within Monem, and is a policy writer for multiple areas of the company. Since her innovative mind and skillset has been applied to the oversight of the Service Department, our operations have become far more productive and technologically advanced than at any time previously, and our Residents continue to enjoy an improving experience with each modification and day that goes by with Desiree on board.

Tyler Green

Veteran MonemCo professional, Tyler Green, joined the company as an intern, but was quickly brought onboard as an Investment Associate once his character, skill, and realized value became apparent. Tyler attended California State University Northridge where he obtained BA in Business with a minor in Finance. Having several years of Real Estate experience, Tyler is a licensed professional who operates a portfolio in the San Fernando Valley on the management side of things, and assists with the day to day operations as well as digs in on all aspects of the investment side of the business. Born and raised in the beautiful city of Los Angeles, Tyler enjoys outdoor activities and is a huge sports fan.

Yohani is one of the longest serving Team Members of Monem Corporation and is a top-notch service professional—loyal to her Team and to her Residents. She has many years of supervisory experience in the property management world and she continues to dazzle with her work ethic and commitment to excellence in all she does. Yohani graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and after college she continued her professional career as an Assistant Project Manager; bringing these skills to property management gives her a unique way to approaching problem solving and is our “go-to” mind for difficult situations. As a Regional Coordinator, she takes her residents very seriously and is a driving force behind the positive reactions we get from our many residents who get the privilege of working with her daily.

Ben Smith joined Monem Corporation in 2017 and is now a Regional Coordinator. As a Regional Coordinator, Ben oversees management operations within his portfolio as well as maintaining building appearance and upkeep. Ben holds a BA in Entrepreneurship from California State University of San Jose.

Pavlin Pachov, our newest addition to the Property Management Leadership Team, has several years’ experience in real estate management and has demonstrated exceptional skill and ability in his recent time with the company. Pavlin earned a Bachelor of Science Degree focused in Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and he also holds a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Cornell University. Mr. Pachov is one of those rare individuals who you can give a job to and you don’t have to think about it again—it will be done with grace and precision. Pavlin is an immense gain for the company and our Residents are always commending his response time and willingness to get things done at the soonest available time!
